A generous duplex designed around outdoor living, with wrap-around verandas and a striking aerial silhouette planned from the very first drawing.
The Client's Goal
Create a duplex that feels open and connected to its surroundings, with strong outdoor living space.
Our Design Solution
We planned the home from an aerial view first, arranging the two units to share landscaped space while keeping private verandas for each. The roofline was shaped for both shade and presence.
Construction Approach
Standard reinforced frame construction with extended veranda slabs, supervised through each phase to keep the geometry true to the drawings.
