A modern home designed as a smart home from the very first drawing — wiring, network and device placement were planned alongside the architecture, not added on afterwards.
The Client's Goal
A genuinely smart home with automated lighting, security cameras, smart locks and energy-efficient systems built in from the start.
Our Design Solution
We mapped every smart device — lights, cameras, locks, sensors — onto the floor plan during design, then routed clean modern wiring and a central control point to tie it all together.
Construction Approach
Structured cabling and conduit installed during the build phase, with a dedicated network and control panel commissioned before handover.
